Director of Revenue Growth Strategies

The Ormond Hotel Group is seeking a Director of Revenue Growth Strategies to drive our global revenue growth and lead the transformation of our sales and marketing functions.

About the JobWe are looking for a results-driven Director of Revenue Growth Strategies to develop and implement a global sales strategy, lead a multi-market sales team, and optimize performance to ensure revenue targets are met.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growing revenue, driving direct bookings, and managing large-scale sales teams. They will be responsible for overseeing branding, digital marketing, and customer acquisition across multiple channels, driving B2B partnerships, and expanding direct booking channels.
The successful candidate will also utilize data analytics and market intelligence to refine sales and marketing strategies and align public relations and communications strategies to strengthen the brand presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a global sales strategy across all brands and regions.
- Lead a multi-market sales team, optimizing performance and ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Oversee branding, digital marketing, and customer acquisition across multiple channels.
- Drive B2B partnerships, including corporate travel accounts, OTAs, and travel agents.
- Expand direct booking channels and enhance customer loyalty programs.
- Utilize data analytics and market intelligence to refine sales and marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality sales & marketing (preferably with a global hotel chain).
- A proven track record in growing revenue, driving direct bookings, and managing large-scale sales teams.
- Strong digital marketing expertise, including e-commerce, CRM, and social media strategies.
- Experience in multi-country operations with exposure to Asia-Pacific and Europe preferred.
- Strong B2B sales experience, including negotiating with corporate clients and distribution partners.
- An entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable in a fast-growth, agile environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
