About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at TIME's group. As an Assistant Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our internal staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and propose suitable training syllabus by gathering feedback from managerial level staff.
  • Create engaging training materials for different levels of internal staff.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness by collecting pre and post-test results, training evaluations, feedback, and attendance from participants.
  • Consult with relevant parties regarding training content and materials.
  • Utilize TD Module to create training programs and send announcements to inform participants of upcoming programs.
  • Evaluate job progression of participants using a checklist based on learning outcomes.
  • Administer pre- and post-training tests for participants based on the respective syllabus.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in handling the full spectrum of Human Resources with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to converse in Mandarin to communicate well with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HRDF grant applications or claims is preferred.
