Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Manager to lead the expansion of our Satellite Communications business in the APAC region.

About the Role
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong opportunity pipeline to deliver sustainable growth.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and become a trusted advisor.
Responsibilities
  • Manage, motivate, and train assigned Advisor network to achieve sales goals.
  • Prepare basic design proposals, quotes, and bids for large tenders.
  • Monitor and update company on market status and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, applicable to all stages of the sales process.
  • Dynamic outlook, self-driven with a passion for sales and winning business.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and motivate at all levels internally and externally.
