We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Enablement Professional to join our team at Bradbury Group.

About the Job

As a Sales Enablement Professional, you will be responsible for analyzing day-to-day needs for training, creating engaging training curriculum, developing relevant training material, conducting training sessions, and collecting feedback from trainers and trainees.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Sales Training Analysis: Analyze sales team needs and identify areas for improvement
  2. Training Program Creation: Develop comprehensive training programs that cater to diverse learning styles
  3. Training Material Design: Create engaging and informative training materials, including outlines, handouts, and presentations
  4. Training Session Delivery: Deliver high-quality training sessions that meet the needs of sales staff
  5. Feedback Collection: Gather insights from trainers and trainees to refine and improve training programs

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 3-5 years of experience as a sales trainer or similar role, and strong working knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales training or a similar role
  • Professional certifications in sales training an added bonus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to motivate others and design effective sales training programs
