Sales Team Enablement Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our Sales Team Enablement efforts. As a Distribution Strategy Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing sales enablement strategies that drive business results.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and product knowledge of our distribution partners. Your expertise in sales analytics and CRM systems will help us streamline our sales process and improve efficiency.
In this role, you will monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and recognize and reward high-performing individuals. You will also have the opportunity to participate in various projects and initiatives that align with our company's overall strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience.
