Job Description:

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal-facing sales enablement tools and resources to support the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Enablement Tool Development: Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, including playbooks, sales scripts, training materials, and resources.
  • Play Execution Support: Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand specific plays required to achieve business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze the effectiveness of existing plays and refine and enhance play materials based on real-world feedback.
  • Training and Onboarding: Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate Sales team members on the effective use of sales enablement tools and play materials.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of sales enablement tools and play materials.
  • Content Management: Maintain a centralized repository for all sales enablement content.
  • Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales enablement.
