What We're Looking For
We're seeking a dynamic Growth Manager to lead a team of sales professionals in our Malaysia office. This role is essential for driving team performance, ensuring adherence to activity metrics, and achieving monthly targets. You will build a high-performance team culture while up leveling the skills of team members.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of sales professionals, ensuring high engagement and low turnover.
Drive consistent achievement of targets through rigorous performance management.
Listen to calls, provide constructive feedback, and engage in role-playing exercises to sharpen skills.
Build team chemistry and ensure alignment with company goals and sales strategies.
Enforce adherence to daily activity metrics, including calls, talk time, and target achievement.
About You
You have a history of successfully leading sales teams or SDRs, driving both results and individual development. You are compassionate in your leadership style, balancing a people-first approach with accountability for results. You are highly process- and data-driven, with a talent for refining sales strategies and ensuring KPIs are met.
