What We're Looking For

We're seeking a dynamic Growth Manager to lead a team of sales professionals in our Malaysia office. This role is essential for driving team performance, ensuring adherence to activity metrics, and achieving monthly targets. You will build a high-performance team culture while up leveling the skills of team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals, ensuring high engagement and low turnover.

  • Drive consistent achievement of targets through rigorous performance management.

  • Listen to calls, provide constructive feedback, and engage in role-playing exercises to sharpen skills.

  • Build team chemistry and ensure alignment with company goals and sales strategies.

  • Enforce adherence to daily activity metrics, including calls, talk time, and target achievement.

About You

You have a history of successfully leading sales teams or SDRs, driving both results and individual development. You are compassionate in your leadership style, balancing a people-first approach with accountability for results. You are highly process- and data-driven, with a talent for refining sales strategies and ensuring KPIs are met.
