Prudential is seeking a talented individual to join its team as a Sales Enablement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our distribution by providing tools, resources, and training necessary to sell health products effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. You will develop and manage all sales collateral tailored for different stages of the customer journey in the health segment.

You will also identify gaps in the sales process and implement innovative strategies to optimize sales performance. The successful candidate will possess strategic and forward-thinking skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and project management skills.
