1. Develop and maintain internal-facing sales enablement tools, including playbooks, sales scripts, training materials, and resources.
2. Provide support for play execution, collaborating with Sales leadership to understand specific plays required to achieve business objectives.
3. Gather feedback from Sales representatives and work with cross-functional teams to analyze play effectiveness, refining and enhancing play materials for continuous improvement.
4. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate Sales team members on effective use of sales enablement tools and play materials.
5. Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall productivity, collaborating with Sales Operations and Sales leadership.
6. Monitor adoption and effectiveness of sales enablement tools and play materials, providing regular reports and insights to Sales and Operations leadership.
7. Maintain a centralized repository for all sales enablement content, ensuring easy access for Sales team members and facilitating seamless updates and version control.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales enablement to enhance Sales team effectiveness.
Requirements
1. Proven experience (2 years or more) in sales or sales operations enablement, preferably in related industries.
2. Strong networking and communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, property owners, and industry professionals.
3. Must be adaptable and able to deal with ever-changing conditions and a fast-paced environment.
4. Good knowledge and understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and methodologies.
5. Past experience building sales metrics and models, such as pipeline and forecast models.
6. Excellent organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail, particularly in event planning and execution.
7. Strategic thinker, with ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective business strategies.
8. Self-motivated individual with proactive approach to problem-solving and results-oriented mindset.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; additional certifications or qualifications are a plus.
