We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager Assistant to join our team at Maclean Services Sdn Bhd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts for the Group of Companies, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation functions. They will also prepare statutory accounts, financial statements, and monthly variance reports.
Additionally, the Finance Manager Assistant will manage credit control, follow up on customer due accounts, and ensure deadlines are met based on various reporting timetables. They will also prepare monthly expense reports, monitor monthly operating results against budget, and analyze and interpret results and key performance indicators.
In this role, you will maintain systems and controls to ensure adequate backup documentation and audit, resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities, and prepare & submission of any taxes required by regulatory authorities.
You will also liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with latest statutory and tax requirements. Furthermore, you will conduct physical checking against asset master listing on quarterly basis, ensure all operational agreements, insurance of assets, identified risk areas are covered and renewed on a timely basis, and oversee other administrative tasks.
