Requirements and Skills:

  • A minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are an asset).
  • Analytical and Articulation Skills: Be intelligent, numerate, detail-oriented, analytical, and able to articulate information (financial and non-financial) to all levels of management and staff.
  • Technological Efficiency: Be highly efficient with technology, possessing good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, or Google Suite.
  • Experience in Finance Operations: Have work experience in finance operations, business finance, audit, accounting, or related fields (an advantage).
  • Integrity and Work Ethics: Possess high integrity, sound judgment, and good work ethics.
