Key Tasks:
  • Financial Transaction: Issue invoices, record accounts receivable and payable, and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive financial statements and reports that provide valuable insights into the company's financial health.
  • Closing Account: Support the process of closing monthly and yearly accounts, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Human Resource: Manage HR processes, including attendance, overtime, leave management, and payroll processing efficiently.
  • Funding Approval: Monitor and manage HRDC funding approvals, claims, and progress tracking for successful project implementation.
  • Training Programs: Assist Heads of Departments (HODs) in completing yearly performance appraisals and developing stronger training programs.
  • Supply Management: Coordinate office administration tasks, such as managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Support Team: Provide general administrative support to the finance and administration team, ensuring a smooth workflow.
