Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at i-City. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of working experience as an Admin Assistant and be proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry, document handling, and coordination. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage.

The role involves liaising with Chinese business owners, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate smooth communication and ensuring clear and effective translation of instructions and requirements between parties.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating documents in Notion, managing records, reports, and other administrative files, and performing daily tasks assigned by the Manager, including drafting correspondence, reports, memos, and emails.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will handle general office duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned, and ensure proper handling of daily administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office cleanliness.
