The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the sales team at ACE EdVenture schools.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Managing sales materials and ensuring they are readily available to the sales team.
  • Capturing and processing incoming leads (CRM/Calls/Emails), and assigning tasks to team members as required.
  • Preparing and coordinating assessment arrangements, including communicating with teachers and parents.
  • Coordinating trial classes and communicating with teachers to receive feedback on students.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in software applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Accuracy of information and attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
