  1. Deliver PMO Services:
  • Provide ongoing support to Projects/ Programmes/ Value Streams/ Markets/ Regions by delivering Project Management Officer (PMO) services, ensuring Group central tools are set up according to Group standards and methodologies.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with Group standards/policies and report accordingly.
  • Develop and implement quality procedures, conduct internal quality audits, and report quality variance.
  • Track and manage Change Requests, understanding their impact on stakeholders.
  • Extract and analyse reports on existing risks and issues from Group central tool.
  • Stay up-to-date with HSBC Programme/ Project Management Frameworks and Group central tools.
  • Focus on operational performance, ensuring deliverables meet required standards.
Collaborate with Stakeholders:
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, conveying information accurately and concisely.
  • Manage own time and workload proactively, prioritising tasks for successful delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the Project Management Officer (PMO) Manager to achieve programme/project goals.
