Key Accountabilities
  • Take ownership of ISO 22301, 27001, 50001, and other relevant standards across multiple departments.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely certification renewals and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to align with ISO best practices, collaborating with departments to create and review procedures and documentation.
  • Deliver training sessions to enhance employee understanding of ISO standards and promote adherence to requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification required; additional certifications in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or similar standards are a strong plus.
  • 5+ years of experience managing ISO systems, audits, and certifications across various standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and autonomy.
