Sales and Revenue Growth

We are seeking a Revenue Growth Strategist to join our team at Minor Hotels. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding hotel targets.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives, establishing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and monitoring market trends to stay ahead in the industry.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales leadership role in a 5-star international brand hotel or resort
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success
