Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at S Ecosystem (M) Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our analytics department, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior and preferences on our Senheng app.

In this role, you will develop data-driven solutions to enhance user experience and collaborate with diverse teams for decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for data-driven decision-making.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of user behavior and preferences to inform app development and marketing strategies.
  • Creating and assembling dashboards using current data providers' platforms for respective business units.
  • Building predictive models with data vendors to forecast user behavior and engagement.
  • Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve the user experience on Senheng app.
  • Communicating insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis with a focus on integrating data from Google Analytics and CDP platforms.
  • Competency in using GA4, Customer Data Platform Analytics, MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and experience using data visualization tools.
