Job DescriptionThe Contracts Manager will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating commercial terms and conditions in Aon's contracts with clients. They must also be able to demonstrate an understanding of the risks associated with accepting or rejecting such terms.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can take a practical problem-solving approach to resolve any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have experience working on cross-border engagements, tenders, and RFPs, particularly on commercial terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Reviewing and negotiating contracts, local and cross-border engagements, tenders, and RFPs.
- Liaising with the Regional Contracts team and internal stakeholders for fact-finding and negotiation purposes.
- Supporting initiatives and projects related to risk mitigation measures, contract audits, and contract deployment.
The Contracts Manager will also be responsible for managing contract template changes across different jurisdictions and business lines. They will work closely with the Chief Contracts Negotiator to establish and maintain a register of issues which frequently arise, both from a client and an Aon internal perspective, for training purposes.
