  • Lead end-to-end L&D function to ensure effective L&D plans and activities are implemented in support of employee development and organizational success.

  • Fully in-charge of Workday Learning platform, planning, organizing, structuring, and uploading all departmental learning materials into WDL (SiMa learning library) in a timely manner.
  • Onboard end-users to WDL successfully and drive organization towards digital learning approaches (webinars, WDL, e-learning, LinkedIn Learning).
  • Provide timely learning reports to management teams in weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, including recording and tracking employee training attendance and post-training feedback surveys.
  • Conduct post-L&D analysis, provide management reporting, and recommend company ROI.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Managers to provide ongoing L&D support to employees and mid-management teams (new joiner onboarding training, refreshment training, new process implementation training).
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks related to your role assigned by time from time.
