- Lead end-to-end L&D function to ensure effective L&D plans and activities are implemented in support of employee development and organizational success.
- Carry out company-wide yearly L&D need analysis and design L&D programs that address employee competency gaps effectively.
- Develop strong business partnerships with department management teams to provide relevant learning recommendations and enhance employee productivity.
- Deliver selected in-house training programs/topics to employees effectively.
- Project lead for group learning/training programs, ensuring successful implementation at local levels with all respective stakeholders and department training.
- Fully in-charge of Workday Learning platform, planning, organizing, structuring, and uploading all departmental learning materials into WDL (SiMa learning library) in a timely manner.
- Onboard end-users to WDL successfully and drive organization towards digital learning approaches (webinars, WDL, e-learning, LinkedIn Learning).
- Provide timely learning reports to management teams in weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, including recording and tracking employee training attendance and post-training feedback surveys.
- Conduct post-L&D analysis, provide management reporting, and recommend company ROI.
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Managers to provide ongoing L&D support to employees and mid-management teams (new joiner onboarding training, refreshment training, new process implementation training).
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks related to your role assigned by time from time.
