HR Cum Admin Assistant Manager

- Lead and oversee HR and administrative operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and the smooth execution of processes.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth, employee engagement, and corporate culture.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, background checks, and onboarding.
- Regularly review and refine HR policies to ensure compliance with labour laws and business objectives.
- Handle employee relations, including grievances, conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations, in line with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Identify training needs and oversee skill-enhancement initiatives to support employee development.
- Provide HR guidance and support leadership in fostering a positive and productive workplace.
- Review and develop competitive compensation and benefits strategies based on market benchmarks.
- Oversee office administration, facilities management, and general services to ensure smooth daily operations, including procurement, vendor management and administrative support for finance.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for administrative and HR records while managing office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Undertake any additional HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a proactive mindset.
- Willing to travel and must possess own transport.
