Sinergia Talents seeks a skilled and organized professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.

About the Job

This is a key role that requires exceptional administrative support and coordination skills to facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the MD and various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the main liaison between the MD and external parties, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  2. Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with meticulous attention to detail.
  3. Prepare meeting materials, conference presentations, and reports to support informed decision-making.
  4. Conduct research, gather data, and analyze information to provide actionable insights.
  5. Handle all correspondence on behalf of the MD, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all communications.
  6. Coordinate travel arrangements for the MD and other senior executives.
  7. Maintain and update company records, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
  8. Assist in managing special projects and initiatives, providing general administrative support as needed.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant to senior management, showcasing excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, assertive attitude, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive initiative, and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the construction/buildings/engineering industry is highly valued.
