Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing production areas, including SMT, Test, and Backend. You'll work closely with the SSD Line Supervisor to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and ensure production schedules are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production area operations, including SMT, Test, and Backend.
  • Communicate production priorities, challenges, and status to meet production schedules, goals, and objectives.
  • Work with the Line Supervisor to manage operators, provide guidance on career development, and conduct performance management, engagement activities, and monitor attendance.
  • Responsible for labor planning and allocation between processes, 6S, line cleanliness, tardiness, and training.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering/Supporting Team to solve day-to-day excursions, implement line process changes, or new implementations for improvements.
  • Audit production adherence to visual aids and standard instructions periodically.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate.
  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (Intermediate level, minimum).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Must be able to support Permanent Morning shift: 7.00am ~ 7.00pm.
