Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Customer Support Representative to join our team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact point for customers and prospects in Malaysia, providing timely and effective responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring that all matters are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Provide product and technical information to customers, answering questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Process replies from different departments within TVH and communicate these to the customer or prospect.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or account management.
  • A very good knowledge of Malay and English (oral and written), with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • A strong relational sales agent focused on achieving results, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A team player who can work independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to think strategically and make informed decisions, with a strong organizational mindset and attention to detail.
