We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Professional to join our team at One Click Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our C-level executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule appointments, make travel arrangements, and prepare correspondence for senior executives.
  2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, taking minutes when necessary.
  3. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  4. Liaise with department heads to manage cross-functional communication, address issues, propose solutions, implement them, and track progress.
  5. Negotiate terms with service providers when required.
  6. Conduct research activities related to business development and strategy.
  7. Prepare comprehensive monthly reports.
  8. Oversee office supplies, equipment, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  9. Support the organization of company events, conferences, and special occasions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
