About the Role

The Sales Admin Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales & Marketing Team in achieving their goals. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support, handling communications, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars for the Sales & Marketing Team.
  • Handling correspondence and providing administrative support as needed.
  • Maintaining physical and electronic files and records accurately.
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin – Written & spoken will be an added advantage.
  • Possesses a positive attitude, friendly disposition and pleasant personality.
  • Required skill (s): PC Literate, MS Office
