The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the Food industry, preferably selling specialty products rather than commodities.

They should also have direct and practical sales experience with customers, including new market development.

Additionally, they should have international experience, a balanced profile technical/sales, and excellent presentation and communication skills.

  1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Food technology. MBA is a plus.
  2. Language skills: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and/or German is definitely a plus.
  3. Willingness to travel and be 'on the road'.
