Job Description:
- Assist the Senior Operations Unit (SOU) Chairman and Operating Unit Managers in managing Safety and Sustainability activities and initiatives, prioritized by the Regional SQM and SOU Chairman.
- Manage overall documentation and follow-up facilitations necessary in developing, implementing, reviewing, and continuously improving Sustainability management systems for their designated SOU.
- Provide on-site support to the Regional SQM team in coordinating sustainability, health, safety, and welfare related matters.
- Evaluate and ensure reporting compliance performance for designated SOU with regards to Group and Upstream Malaysia's Sustainability policies are maintained and up-to-date.
- Document and track any non-compliance action items, particularly on SOU's certification requirements (RSPO, MSPO, SCCS, etc.) are updated and tracked to completion.
