We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Document Control Coordinator.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the document control team in managing various documents and drawings.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a document management system for efficient information retrieval and monitoring.
  • Help coordinate activities related to document control procedures, including technical documents, drawings, and correspondences.
  • Facilitate the preparation and distribution of controlled copies of approved documents and drawings.
  • Evaluate and improve document quality by conducting regular checks against company standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administration, document control, or a related field; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
