About your role

Paid Media:

  • You will be responsible for creating and managing paid media campaigns across key platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and CR.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
  • Build comprehensive campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute and report on all campaigns.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • You will develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive quality traffic to client websites.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content and web development teams to implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO enhancements.
  • Track organic performance metrics and create monthly reports highlighting key findings and optimizations.
About you
  • At least 3 - 4 years of experience in the related field is required.
  • Experience in analytics and tech manager tools is essential.
  • Passionate about Media and able to adapt to process changes.
  • Candidates must possess a degree in any field and strong math and Excel skills.
  • Analytical, structured, and organized individual with presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Able to train and mentor others.
