About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced analytics expert to become an integral part of our team. As a Digital Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights, identify areas for improvement, make recommendations, and prompt pre-emptive and corrective actions when required. You will be responsible for managing analytics inputs and outcomes with various business partners, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring data accuracy and quality. Leveraging your expertise, you will be a change agent in driving innovation and transformation across all our digital product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct general analysis and provide insightful recommendations to optimise digital strategies and fill gaps in performance.
  • Create informative reports and interactive dashboards to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business partners to align analytics objectives and ensure data tracking and tagging strategies are implemented effectively.
  • Develop tagging plans, strategies, and best practices, leveraging knowledge of website or app architecture to determine optimal tag placement.
  • Conduct thorough testing, validation, monitoring, and maintenance upon tagging implementations, working closely with developers, business analysts, and users.
  • Utilise native tools or ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools for data enrichment purposes.
  • Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain scorecards to track the success of digital initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a strong aptitude for data-driven decision making, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor movements to contribute valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI team to enhance user journeys through iterative design and user-centric optimisation.
  • Serve as analytics & insights thought partner to digital product teams, including UX/UI teams, product managers, and business/product owners.
  • Foster strong partnerships with cross-market peers and corporate office teammates to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Manage change management processes, including training & communication, documentation, etc., to facilitate smooth transitions.

Key Proficiencies and Background:

  • Proficiency in analysing both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Strong storytelling abilities to effectively convey insights and strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a valuable asset.
  • Knowledge of CRM-based analytics, like marketing, campaigns, and voice of customer (VOC) analytics.
  • Knowledge of marketing & performance analysis tools like Adobe Target, Dynatrace, and various app monitoring platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate findings backed by data.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Informatics, Statistics, or any relevant field.
  • Proven experience or a track record in data analysis, analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Ability to manage clients and stakeholders effectively, presenting findings with strong data support.
