Role Overview

MUFG Investor Services seeks a skilled accounting professional to join our team as a Fund Accountant/Senior Fund Accountant. This growth-oriented position will be responsible for providing full-range fund administration services to real estate clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with current accounting principles.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and reports
  • Coordination of investor servicing activities, including on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and other investor reportings
  • Maintenance of working understanding of fund documentation(s) and application of terms to financial reporting and income/expenses allocations
  • Development of solutions for complex issues in accordance with current accounting principles
  • Preparation and review of financial statements and footnotes for audit purposes
  • Liaison with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery to clients and timely completion of deliverables
