- Monitor and manage the implementation and documentation of work orders in NMM Operations.
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure smooth execution of tasks and adherence to project requirements.
- Conduct pre-commencement meetings and review work programs and method statements before the start of work.
- Verify testing results and conduct joint final inspections to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Update work order progress weekly in the NMM Work Order system.
- Perform asset inspections along the North-South Expressway as per the Master Inspection Program or as requested by senior management.
- Liaise with clients, authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless task execution.
- Assist the design and technical teams in conducting defect assessments.
- Perform pre-assessments for defective highway assets and prepare detailed reports for submission.
- Respond to emergencies, perform site assessments, coordinate necessary repairs, and prepare comprehensive reports within stipulated timeframes.
