- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects that drive business value and strategic objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and metrics to track supply chain performance and drive decision-making.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field of study.
- Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in procurement and supply chain, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP tools.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapid changes.
- Confident, self-starter, and positive mindset with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in FMCG Supply Chain management and extensive operational knowledge is highly valued.
