Risk Management Department (Credit Review) - Senior Officer

Mizuho Bank (Malaysia) Berhad is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Risk Management Department as a Senior Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform independent credit assessments on corporate clients' financial status, credibility, and credit proposals.
  • Identify and analyze corporate clients' risk and produce a comprehensive recommendation analysis report.
  • Monitor and update watchlist customers and early warning indicators report.
  • Prepare and present credit assessment and recommendations to the Management Committee.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in credit evaluation and assessment.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, financial ratios, and credit assessment concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data.
  • Good interpersonal and writing skills to ensure effective delivery of credit assessment reports and communication with stakeholders.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work independently.

Qualifications:

  • Open to Malaysian citizens only.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related field.
  • Preferably possess a professional credit qualification by AICB.
