About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Travel Industry Partner Coordinator to join our Customer Service team at ENGINEERINGUK. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our travel industry partners.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide prompt and professional support to travel industry partners via multiple channels
  2. Resolve issues and complaints with high quality resolution in inventory management, financial, and training
  3. Document and classify interactions and issues accurately in the appropriate systems
  4. Report on emerging and recurring issues promptly
  5. Adhere to internal processes and policies when interacting with partners
