  • Plan and schedule manpower to ensure optimal resource allocation, taking into account production demands and employee availability.
  • Maintain and improve operating costs, identifying areas for reduction and implementing cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure all operations are carried out in a cost-effective manner, monitoring performance metrics and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve management systems and best practices.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with safety procedures, internal rules, and regulations, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
  • Make strategic decisions that align with the company's goals, prioritizing initiatives that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent practical experience, with a strong background in inventory management or supply chain operations.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Aggressive, result-driven individual with excellent time management skills, able to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willing to be flexible and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced retail or FMCG environment is an added advantage.
