Sales Enablement DesignerThis is a dream role for creative professionals who are passionate about bringing customer stories and value propositions to life through exceptional design.
We're seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Designer who can drive business growth through innovative and effective bid design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain reusable templates and design assets to ensure consistency and efficiency across submissions.
- Support the development and visual design of high-value bids.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, bid, and marketing teams to shape the visual storytelling of proposals from start to finish.
Requirements:
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- 3+ years of experience in bid design, proposal support, or sales enablement design, ideally in facilities services, B2B, construction, or professional services.
- A strong portfolio showcasing customer-facing bids, decks, and visual storytelling, especially PowerPoint and InDesign examples.
