We're looking for a talented Audit Manager to join our team in Malaysia. As an Audit Manager, you'll be responsible for leading audits across various business lines, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing controls to mitigate risks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Governance: Actively manage relationships with senior auditee management and stakeholders, establishing good working relationships to help businesses improve their control environment.
  • Regulatory & Business Conduct: Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct, taking personal responsibility for embedding high standards of ethics across Standard Chartered Bank.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong verbal communication skills, the ability to clearly explain risks and controls to audit and business management, subsidiary/venture board committees, and external parties such as regulators.

You should also have experience with GIA Methodology and Systems, stakeholder engagement, and managing audit activities effectively throughout the audit lifecycle.
