Job Description
The Logistics Specialist role involves reviewing Data Center inventory, in-bound shipments, and ongoing demand to ensure proper stock levels are maintained. You will work closely with the Logistics Manager to create plans to optimize the flow and delivery of parts through their lifecycle. This role requires loading and unloading large equipment, maintaining accountability of in-stock components, and receiving and processing inbound shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Completing manual tasks such as assembling, addressing, and arranging for the shipment of materials.
  2. Loading and unloading large equipment utilizing pallet jacks.
  3. Maintaining accountability of in-stock components and receiving and processing inbound shipments.
  4. Assisting with ongoing requests to ensure that proper stock levels are maintained and distributed to all locations.
  5. Working with the Logistics Manager to create plans to optimize the flow and delivery of parts through their lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • 18 years or older.
  • Experience with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Work authorization in Malaysia.
