Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality
  • Motivate and guide production staff to meet quality standards
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate production staff on quality standards
  • Analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or a similar industry
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) and statistical process control (SPC)
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide production staff
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, QA software, ERP systems)
