Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client is treated according to the company promise.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Brand's products and services, advising clients accordingly.
  • Proactively engage with clients to build long-term relationships and drive sales.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Meet individual and team sales targets, maintaining accountability for sales performance.
  • Welcome clients and provide exceptional service, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Advise clients on the Brand's products, leveraging knowledge to foster loyalty and drive sales.
  • Engage with clients to develop relationships, using various tools to promote Brand loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively as a team player, contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
  • Develop and maintain Brand and product knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Maintain Company Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.
  • Adhere to the company's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Secondary School/SPL/O Level qualification, with any field acceptable.
  • A minimum of 2 years' working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, presentable, and well-groomed.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
Remuneration Package:
  • Competitive basic salary: RM 2,200.00 – RM 3,500.00/month
  • Guaranteed commissions: RM 500.00/month
  • Travel allowances: RM 150.00/month
  • Incentives provided
  • 13-month salary package (AWS)
  • 5 days work/week
  • Uniform and training provided
