Safety Leadership

As a Regional EHS Manager, you will provide safety leadership and technical assistance to regional management teams. Your expertise will be crucial in evaluating our safety performance against established targets and ensuring we meet all necessary standards.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve:

  1. Preparing site safety plans, conducting regular audits and inspections, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring that all employees are working safely
  2. Managing the Regional Safety Committee, fostering a culture of cooperation and commitment to safety
  3. Developing safety competencies within our team
  4. Responding to incidents or safety reports
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of working experience in the EHS area
  • A sense of urgency to act swiftly when necessary
  • Proven ability in establishing effective safety processes and transforming a safety culture

About the Job
