As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers. You will also be required to work closely with the Head of Enterprise Mass Market to achieve team targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Solicit and market loan and products to sole-props, partnerships, and professional bodies.
  2. Build networking and establish relationships with professionals and business associations to acquire a new customer base.
  3. Ensure bundling cross-selling to drive and generate fee-based income from Forex, CASA, and Insurance.
  4. Proactively manage and build customer relationships and provide good after-sales service.
  5. Provide consistent service, support, and participate in all marketing activities undertaken in the Emerging Business umbrella from time to time.
  6. Provide support to Head of Enterprise Mass Market in achieving team targets.


Requirements:
  1. Degree, higher diploma or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or sales-related capacity (as a Relationship Manager or Mobile Sales) with minimum lending or credit background.
  3. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  4. Self-motivated and self-starter.
  5. Ability to speak several languages or dialects will be an added advantage.
