Customer Care Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an interpreter during doctor consultations and health screenings for Japanese clients.
- Support with medical procedures and insurance claims.
- Assist with police reporting for Japanese clients involved in car accidents.
- Manage documents and data entry in both Japanese and English.
- Provide general administrative support for assigned tasks.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and perform other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum JLPT N2 & above certification is required.
- Japanese University graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent language skills in Japanese and good communication skills in English and Malay.
- A strong interest in Japanese culture and a passion to learn and interact with Japanese clients.
- Competitive salary range of RM5,000 to RM7,000 per month.
- Parking and travelling allowances provided.
- Medical insurance and regular health screenings offered.
- A yearly increment based on performance.
