  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless functionality of the bakery.
  • Inventory and Stock Management: Maintain an optimal inventory level, ordering supplies as necessary while minimizing wastage.
  • Customer Service: Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a cohesive team environment through ongoing training and mentorship.
  • Shift Coverage: Arrange for adequate coverage in cases of employee absences.
  • Product Performance Analysis: Analyze product movement and performance to inform inventory or production strategies.
  • Sales and Cash Reconciliation: Verify daily sales align with cash on hand at the end of each day.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries and high-quality product orders.

Key Requirements:
