As a Brand & UI/UX Design Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual direction of our projects and ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
You will lead a team of designers in creating engaging user experiences and branding solutions that drive business results. Your expertise in UI/UX principles, white space utilization, and other design concepts will help shape the overall aesthetic of our brand and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
We are looking for someone with exceptional leadership and time management skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities. If you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a Concept Visualizer for projects related to Web Design, Social Media Campaigns, and Corporate Branding.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the design team, including task delegation and motivating team members to meet project deadlines and achieve creative outcomes.
- Train team members in design SOPs and best practices, including UI/UX principles, white space utilization, and other design concepts.
- Work closely with clients, as well as internal Sales and Marketing teams.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of designs.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design with 3–5 years of relevant work experience and a strong design portfolio.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, and multimedia design.
- Ability to produce storyboards and concepts for animation and videography.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, WordPress, and Elementor.
- Strong leadership and time management skills.
