We are seeking a skilled Shift Operations Coordinator to join our team as a Senior Admin Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing office operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks, and working closely with our HR, IT, and Finance teams to improve workplace efficiency and optimize administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, ensuring maintenance, security, and workplace safety. Supervise vendors and contractors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services. Support 24/7 shift-based teams, including customer service departments, ensuring uninterrupted facility operations. Optimize administrative processes, develop SOPs, and implement best practices. Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance and other key leaders to improve workplace efficiency.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in office administration, facilities management, and vendor coordination. Proven experience managing 24/7 shift operations. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in office expansion or relocation is a plus.
