Role Summary
This Key Account Business Developer role involves developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing relationships with customers in target segments. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target segments
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
* Drive sales growth by understanding customer needs and developing tailored solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications
* SPM holders with minimum 2 years sales experience OR Diploma/Degree holders with minimum 1 year sales experience
* Sales experience in FMCG or telecommunications industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team and independently
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, speaking and writing
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
