Salary

About Wealth and Retail Banking
We have a diverse client base, ranging from Mass Retail to Affluent clients. As an Affluent Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our high-value customer base. You will be responsible for:

  1. Acquiring and retaining a portfolio of priority clients.
  2. Cross-selling wealth management products and services to customers.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  4. Contributing to the overall success of the branch by achieving business performance measures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise, follow-up leads, complete and record appointments, close customer requests.
  • Support our clients to meet their financial needs, as they progress through their career and life-stages.
  • Build relationships for the long-term and understand clients' financial needs and aspirations to grow, manage and protect their wealth, with appropriate investment solutions.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, new product offerings and the latest campaigns.
